FL Medical introduces the new Protainer® line, cutting-edge cylindrical containers designed to meet the most demanding requirements of laboratories. Their versatility makes them suitable for use in a wide variety of analyses, including water, milk and food testing. Made from ultra-transparent polypropylene, Protrainer® containers are created to optimize staff operational efficiency and to preserve and ensure maximum sample integrity throughout every stage of the process.
Guaranteed sample integrity
Protrainer® containers stand out for their innovative closure system: a triple-thread screw cap incorporating a final “click” mechanism, which ensures absolute leak-tightness and allows the operator to know when the container is fully closed. This closure, combined with the container’s impact-resistant design, prevents sample leakage and contamination even in the event of an accidental fall.
To guarantee quality, all containers are manufactured in a controlled ISO 8 cleanroom environment. Each container features precise, guaranteed graduation markings, essential for standardising procedures. The superior build quality and advanced features improve significantly reliability of use across every stage.
Optimising workflows: wide range and compatibility
Our range of Protrainer® containers has been designed to integrate perfectly with existing workflows, contributing to overall efficiency in laboratory operations. They are available in a wide range of volumes: 40 ml, 60 ml, 90 ml, 125 ml and 180 ml, with three different cap colours.
To optimize space management and internal logistics, the containers are stackable. In addition, full compatibility with pneumatic transport systems makes them ideal for high-volume sample environments. A further measurement advantage is offered by the dual graduation markings, featured on both sides of the container, displaying values in both ml and oz.
